Returns and Collections Policy
We try to keep this as simple as possible for you, as we value each and every one of you!
YOUR RETURNS POLICY
- Items must have all tags attached.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the date shown on the dispatch note.
- Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Shoes must be tried on indoors.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
- 14 days of the date shown on the dispatch note.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO COLLECT AN ITEM?
- 3 months of the date shown on the order. After this time the order will be donated to a local charity.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS?
- Once we receive the return, no later than 21 days.
- If you haven't been refunded by this time, contact us with your proof of postage.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM/ RETURNS LABELS?
- Re-pack the item with the labels still attached and enclose the completed ‘not quite right’ card.
- Address the return to:

- At the Post Office obtain proof of postage.
- Make sure you get a proof of postage, as a missing parcel is your responsibility.
- Keep the proof of postage safe.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?
- If you receive a faulty item and would like a refund, please send us a message to 07799837884 advising us of your order number and your name.
- Let us know what the problem is alongside a photo of any faulty garments
- Return the item to us following the same procedure as stated in "How do I return an item".
- We will investigate and contact you with the info. on the refund.
